该数据资源为全国安全生产治本攻坚三年行动信息系统产生的企业从业人员安全素质能力提升行动数据汇总，包含部门 / 指标、开展生产经营单位从业人员安全技能培训、安全生产培训机构资质审查、电焊等特种作业岗位人员持证上岗情况、按规定开展应急逃生演练企业、生产经营单位建设安全生产应急救援队伍（个）等信息，可用于了解企业安全生产开展情况。

This dataset is a consolidated collection of data generated by the National Three-Year Action Information System for Fundamental Improvement and Targeted Enforcement of Work Safety, which covers data from the campaign to improve the safety quality and capabilities of enterprise employees. The included information involves: departments/indicators, safety skill training provided to employees of production and business entities, qualification reviews of work safety training institutions, certification and on-post employment status of personnel in special operation positions such as electric welding, enterprises that have conducted emergency escape drills in compliance with relevant regulations, and the number of production and business entities that have established work safety emergency rescue teams. This dataset can be used to gain an understanding of the implementation status of work safety-related work in enterprises.
