This repository contains all data supporting the publication "Precise 3D Tracking of Highly Non-planar Eukaryotic Flagellar Beating Patterns using Digital Holographic Microscopy" The dataset comprises three core components: Tracking Results High-resolution tracking outputs for two cells, Reclinomonas americana and mouse spermatozoa, captured using the holoV3C algorithm. Each dataset is saved in an Excel file where individual worksheets correspond to sequential video frames, containing (x,y,z) coordinates of tracked flagellar points. Axial Resolution Assessment Derived 3D tracking data for two test objects: 1 μm polystyrene research particles and mouse spermatozoa flagella. Frame-by-frame coordinate sequences alongside consolidated metrics quantifying axial resolution performance across both samples. Processing Time Logs Detailed timing records for each stage of the 3D flagellum tracking pipeline applied to mouse spermatozoa data.
