Neuropathic pain (NP) poses a heavy burden on social public health and human life and health, but the underlying mechanisms are still unclear. miR-23b shows great potential in neuroinflammation and immune modulation. Here, we aimed to establish a chronic constrictive injury (CCI) model for WT mice and miR-23b KO mice to search for the hub proteins of miR-23b in the spinal cord that regulate NP, which in turn would provide a basis and reference for the study of the mechanism of miR-23b involved in regulating NP.
