The goals of this study is to reveal the transcriptome of p53-V272M rescued by ATO in AML patient and in primary AML PBMCs Overall design: The PBMCs before the first administration were isolated as the untreated sample. Then, 5 × 105 untreated PBMCs were isolated and cultured in DMEM medium with 0.2 µg/mL ATO for 24 h as the in-vitro treated sample. The in-patient treated PBMCs were collected on the day 13 after the patient received 10 mg/kg ATO for 12 consecutive days.
