In this present study, a symbiotic germination seeds of D. officinale-Tulasnella sp. was established. RNA-seq method was applied to construct libraries of symbiotic germination seeds (DoTc), asymbiotic germination seeds (Do), and free-living OMF (Tc) to investigate the genes expression profiles of the D. officinale and OMF under symbiosis and asymbiosis condition.
