Alleles from HGSVC release 3 assemblies within the HLA-region. HGSVCv3_HLA_region

This project contains alleles of the genes in the HLA region as collected by IMGT for the haplotypes in HGSVC release 3. Coordinates and typing where taken from annotation by ImmuAnnot v3 [https://github.co m/YingZhou001/Immuannot], a border of 1Kbp next to the UTRs on both sides was included for potential submission to IMGT.
