"Matrix stress relaxation promotes glioblastoma cell migration in a ligand-specific manner" - research data

This dataset was used for the calculations and construction of the figures presented in the manuscript entitled “Matrix stress relaxation promotes glioblastoma cell migration in a ligand-specific manner.” The dataset consists of raw files that allowed to calculate or model: - in FIGURE 1: Morphology (1a) and basic migration kinetics of glioblastoma cells (1b-e). - in FIGURE 2: Glioblastoma cells migration (i.e. mathematical modeling of Lévy-like, PRW, RWSP). - in FIGURE 3: Gene expression associated with the cell migration (using RT-qPCR). - in FIGURE S2: Expanded morphological analysis of glioblastoma cells. - in FIGURE S3: Deepenned Gene Expression Analysis.
