Protective role of PASH-1 in CGG repeat-driven RNA and protein toxicity in FXTAS

This study aimed to compare global miRNA expression profiles using miRNA-seq in C. elegans strains carrying single-copy insertions of 0 or 99 CGG repeats driven by a pan-neuronal promoter. To further validate miRNA-related findings, transcriptomic RNA-seq was also performed to assess gene expression differences.
