The purpose of this study was to characterize the molecular phenotype and function of tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells isolated from genetically engineered glioma mouse model expressing wild-type IDH1 or mutated IDH1 (isocitrate dehydrogenase). Two groups of tumor infiltrating myeloid cells were isolated: mutant IDH tumor and wild type IDH tumor; three samples pre group.
