To understand the transcriptional changes of myeloid leukemia cells when exposed to Aza we used different AML cell lines and exposed them to AZA for multiple time periods. The AML cell lines were cultured and exposed to the indicated concentration of AZA for the indicated time points. RNA was isolated from the AML cells at the end of the culture period. RNA was processed for RNA seq analysis.
