VT Designated Downtown Boundary

<font color='#333333'><span style='font-size:12pt;'>Downtown designation provides communities with financial incentives, training and technical assistance to support local efforts to restore historic buildings, improve housing, design </span><span style='font-size:16px;'>walk-able</span><span style='font-size:12pt;'> communities and encourage economic development by incentivizing public and private investments. The program is administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Vermont Downtown Development Board reviews and approves designation and boundaries.
