Potential accessibility to mental-health services in Colombia: territorial screening with public data

Replication package for a reproducible municipal public-data screening workflow of potential accessibility to mental-health services in Colombia. The package contains scripts, derived aggregate data, spatial accessibility outputs, and final tables and figures. The accessibility surface uses a centroid-based travel-time proxy; OSRM-routed travel times were not used.
