This dataset provides empirical coordinate data, raw SEM imagery, and a verification simulator confirming the discrete lattice resonance phenomenon observed at a singular scanning angle of 117.22 degrees using Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscopy (FIB-SEM). The analysis demonstrates a 99.94% consistency rate with a fundamental spatial step size of Delta = 0.010638, effectively rejecting stochastic Gaussian fluctuation models in favor of a quantized spatial manifold.
