International Drug Dictionary (IDD)

This drug proprietary names dictionary was collected from the official websites of drug regulatory agencies of 44 countries in addition to the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The DRUGBANK vocabulary has been used to add more synonyms and alternative drug names. Then all drug names were merged, deduplicated, and mapped to the active ingredient level of RxNorm vocabulary. This dictionary has not been manually reviewed, therefore can not be used for clinical decisions.
