Segmentation results of a SEM-BSE image of 14 days hydrated alite

This dataset contains the segmentation result of a SEM-BSE image of 14 days hydrated alite. The image is a cropped (0.5 x 0.5 mm²) and resolution reduced version from this dataset: 10.5281/zenodo.8118930 . This dataset contains the cropped and reduced raw image and two segmentations: trained pixel classification using ilastik manually refined version of 1. The segmented phases are: pores unhydrated alite/C3S (C3S.tif) portlandite (CH.tif) dense inner C-S-H (CSH.tif) neelde like outer C-S-H (CSHo, only available in the trained pixel classification dataset)
