资源简介:
Resting-state fMRI data of children with a reading learning disorder (RLD) from Mexico with an age range between 7 and 11 years (n = 25, 7 females). Every participant was assessed using the cognitive test “Escala Neurológica Intantil (ENI-2)[1]” to assure a score less than 1.5 standard deviations below the mean in specific reading tests based on the DSM-V [2] (American Psychiatric Association, 2013) criteria for the disorder. Every participant had an IQ above 75 based on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children [3] (WISC-IV, Wechsler 2008) and did not present cognitive difficulties in other areas beside reading learning. The main purpose of the present study was to compare the functional connectivity within the default mode network, salience network, frontoparietal task-control network, and reading network in two groups of children with RLD: a group with a lower-than-average working memory and a group with average working memory. All subjects underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and data were analyzed from a network perspective using the network brain statistics framework.
