De-identified clinical and laboratory dataset of surgically treated MRONJ patients

This dataset contains de-identified clinical and laboratory data from a retrospective cohort of patients with medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw who underwent surgical treatment at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine between 2010 and 2025, including demographic characteristics, medication background, clinical features, lesion distribution, surgical procedures, and routine perioperative laboratory parameters; all data were extracted from the hospital electronic medical record system and anonymized prior to sharing, with no direct patient identifiers included.
