Gene expression profile at single cell level of macrophages in PDAC liver metastasis

We used single cell RNA sequencing to investigate macrophage heterogeneity and their temporal and spatial distributions in PDAC liver metastasis Macrophages from naïve liver, day 5 metastasis (early), and day 10 metastasis (advanced) at proximal and distal locations to tumour were labelled with F4/80 antibodies, isolated using fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS), and analysed using scRNAseq
