Genome analysis of extracellular polymeric substance bioflocculant producing wastewater bacteria

This project has been initiated to evaluate genomic imprints of extracellular polymeric substance producing bacterium present in wastewater. This project aims to identify role of extracellular polymeric substances on sludge-flock formation, metabolic pathways related to those extracellular polymeric substance production and their key genes.
