Three-Stage Questionnaire for Blockchain Traceability Users in Corporate Procurement Departments Across Industries

This study recruited full-time procurement department employees with experience in blockchain usage via the Credamo online platform. To ensure data reliability, respondents were screened from users who had completed surveys more than ten times historically. Additionally, post-collection validation of data quality was performed by examining both completion duration and responses to qualitative questions. The qualitative questions included: "Please specify your industry sector, product category, departmental affiliation, and job role. What products, supplies, or raw materials does your organization mainly procure through deposit arrangements? What types of information does your organization place in deposit?" Participants were explicitly informed about the research content, objectives, and procedures. The researchers guaranteed all participants that their responses would remain confidential and anonymous. To mitigate the risk of common method variance (Podsakoff et al., 2003), data collection was implemented across three distinct waves, with each wave separated by a three-week interval.
