RNAs were isolated from ARP1 cells (Vector, PTTG1 overexpression) or LP1 cells (Vector, PTTG1 overexpression) and then purified with the VAHTSTM DNA Clean Beads (Vazyme). RNA-seq libraries were synthesized with VAHTS Universal V6 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit (Vazyme). Pooled libraries were quantified using Qubit TM dsDNA HS Assay Kit (ThermoFisher), examined for size distribution using the Fragment Analyzer (Advanced Analytical), and sequenced in MGI Tech DNBSEQ-T7 Sequencer.
