Virome in samples from patient with arbovirus-like symptoms

A viral metagenomics sequencing approach was implemented to generate genomic information for samples that originated from patients from the Bahia and Minas Gerais state, who tested positive for at least one of the arboviruses or demonstrated arbovirus-like symptoms without a positive diagnostic test result for any of the vector-borne viruses
