Heat illness presentations to emergency departments in western Sydney supplementary table

The aim of this study was to pilot surveillance to describe environmental, personal and behavioural risk factors for people presenting to emergency departments with heat illness. Subjects were contacted and interviewed. This supplementary table contains responses from some the interviewees to open ended questions.
