Effects of long-term localized fertilization and rhizobium on soil diazotrophic community structure

Based on the effect of long-term positioning fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the microbial community structure of Northeast black soil, this project collected Northeast black soil, employed the nifH gene as a molecular marker and performed amplicon sequencing to explore the significant effects of fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the diazotrophic community of black soil, and to comprehensively analyze the main environmental factors affecting the diazotrophic community structure of black soil.
