- We used ICD codes provided by the investigator specific to ARPKD as input to the check - We noticed that some unexpected source to concept codes occur, often due to post-coordination, i.e. one code in one vocabulary being broken out into more than one in a related vocabulary - In the image, the columns represent each of the 3 ICD codes and the tiles represent each of the associated SNOMED codes. The only SNOMED code specific to ARPKD is the one that shows up on the image with concept_id of 201675 - We used the union of both ICD and SNOMED codesets to identify the pool of patients from which to sample for chart review
