资源简介:

The D06 Prime Elementology Mitochondrial Atlas v1.0 extends Prime Elementology into mitochondrial biology by representing mitochondria as layered endosymbiotic energy-code kernels rather than as single-function cellular powerhouses. The dataset applies the Prime-TB Cut framework to mitochondrial structures, energy-chain components, mitochondrial genome anchors, codon-level code tables, mitochondrial code-shift shadows, inheritance mechanisms, endosymbiotic history, cross-genome coordination, and life-death signaling roles. It uses the canonical nucleotide-to-prime mapping A→2, T→3, G→5, C→7, U→3, allowing codons and mitochondrial descriptors to be represented as prime-structured computational objects. The atlas contains 253 rows and 92 fields, including 64 codon-code rows, 37 human mitochondrial gene-anchor rows, 8 Prime-TB cut layers, 8 energy-chain records, 8 boundary-layer records, 6 symbiosis-layer records, 5 lineage/species profiles, 4 inheritance-layer records, 4 cross-genome-layer records, and 4 mitochondrial code-shift shadow records. The dataset is intended as a conceptual and computational descriptor layer for Prime Elementology, Operatorology, exploratory XAI feature construction, codon-level prime-signature analysis, mitochondrial code-shift representation, and future mitochondrial Prime-TB benchmarking. It is not intended as a clinical, diagnostic, or complete biological reference database. Keywords Prime Elementology; Prime-TB Cut; mitochondria; mitochondrial genome; mtDNA; codon table; mitochondrial genetic code; code-shift shadow; endosymbiosis; proton gradient; ATP synthase; electron transport chain; heteroplasmy; cross-genome coordination; XAI descriptors; Operatorology; computational biology; conceptual dataset.
