Dataset for bibliometric analysis of hospital scientific output in Scopus in Peru

This dataset contains the processed spreadsheets used in the bibliometric analysis of scientific output from Peruvian hospitals indexed in the Scopus database, covering from the foundation of each institution up to the year 2025. It includes extracted metadata, classification by hospital level and location, and calculated indicators such as Hospital Scientific Production Index. The data were processed using Microsoft Excel.
