Subject Lands for the Biocertification of Sydney Region Growth Centres SEPP and related EPIs

This shapefile contains the digital mapping incorporating Amendments 1 and 2 to the subject lands for the Biocertification of Sydney Region Growth Centres State Environmental Planning Policy (Growth Centres SEPP) and related Environmental Planning Instruments (EPIs) pursuant to Part 7 Schedule 7 of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995. The boundaries of the certified lands in Amendment 1 have been updated to align with the outcomes of the precinct planning process in 12 precincts. North Kellyville, Riverstone West, Riverstone, Alex Avenue, Marsden Park Industrial and Marsden Park in the North West Growth Centre and Edmonson Park, Oran Park, Turner Road, Austral, Leppington North and Catherine Fields (Part) in the South West Growth Centre. The Amendment 2 relates to the East Leppington precinct only.
