This tables-only dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Bottlenecked carbon-water reassembly after forest disturbance in Tibetan forests of the Asian water-tower region”. The dataset contains derived tabular outputs used to support the recovery-state analyses, including annual recovery-state composition, ecological-zone rankings, transition and pathway summaries, residence-time and hazard summaries, P-state branching outputs, binary-framework comparison, and threshold-sensitivity results. The recovery-state framework distinguishes six post-disturbance states: D = disturbance, I = incomplete recovery, P = transition, R = high-quality recovery, F = functional mismatch, and L = recovery lag. The study period is 2002–2024, and the study area is Tibetan forests in the Asian water-tower region. Original remote-sensing and reanalysis datasets are not redistributed in this Zenodo record because they are publicly available from MODIS, Landsat Collection 2, ERA5-Land, ESA WorldCover, Hansen Global Forest Change, SRTM, and Google Earth Engine. This upload is intended to provide the derived tabular evidence needed to reproduce and verify the main recovery-state composition, ecological-zone comparison, pathway, hazard, branching, binary-comparison, and threshold-sensitivity results reported in the manuscript.
