In this study, specific antibodies were applied to extract the AGO1 and AGO4 proteins from the two-week-old seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana. Then, the RNA fragments wrapped in the AGO proteins were purified and subjected to RIP-seq. The aim of this study was to obtain a global view of the binding regions of AGO1 and AGO4 on the transcripts in vivo.
