RNA extraction and RT-qPCRTotal RNAs in the cell samples were extract using Trizol reagent. 1μg of RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA with a StarScript II RT Mix with gDNA Remover kit. RT-qPCR was conducted with 1 μL of cDNA as the template using 2 × RealStar Power SYBR qPCR Mix according to the manufacturer's instructions. The GAPDH gene was used as the internal control. The results were calculated with the comparative CT (2−ΔΔCT) method.
