After injecting OVA (grade V, sigma aldrich) for an hour, OVA-laden peritoneal cDC subsets had been sorted and co-cultured with OT-1 or OT-2 cells for 3 days. Then, mixture of cells, mainly expanded T cells and only a few cDCs, went through mRNA-sequencing. Overall design: Global mRNA sequencing of OT-1 and OT-2 cells stimulated by peritoneal cDC subsets.
