MacronariaMatrix v1.2.0: frozen character-concept database and reproducible analysis package

MacronariaMatrix v1.2.0 is a self-contained reproducibility archive for comparative analyses of morphological character architecture across eight sampled Macronarian/titanosauriform phylogenetic matrices. The archive embeds the frozen MacronariaMatrix v1.0.0 character-concept database (855 active canonical concepts, 2,377 analysed biological-character occurrences, 234 Wilson 2002 reference-layer occurrences, and 87 canonical-ID redirects), the complete v1.2 anatomical concept map, and the R/targets workflow used to regenerate the manuscript-ready figures and tables. The analyses quantify matrix size, character-concept accumulation, pairwise overlap, persistence, inherited versus first-sampled appearances, canonical lineage modes, structural lineage events, redirects, and anatomical composition. The package includes archived outputs, release validation tables, session information, manuscript captions/output mapping, and SHA-256 checksums. Development caches and superseded draft files are excluded. The embedded data freeze remains versioned separately as MacronariaMatrix v1.0.0 so that later pipeline updates do not silently alter the underlying curated dataset.
