Fermentation of biocontrol agent based on coffee grounds and its application in continuous cropping obstacle soil remediation

In recent years, due to the country's increasing attention to environmental issues and adhering to the concept of sustainable development, more and more agricultural waste has been continuously developed and used. As a kind of waste with high potential utilization value, although there are many research results, it is difficult to form a large-scale industry and create economic benefits. For example, coffee grounds as feed and edible fungus cultivation material can only be added as auxiliary materials in a small amount, while as extraction raw materials and carbonization materials, they need to face the problem of secondary treatment. Coffee grounds as main ingredient bio-control bacteria fermentation production, not only can realize the fully utilization of coffee grounds, at the same time, due to its simple handling, costs less and is suitable for large scale processing and application, and compared with other wastes, coffee grounds contain more abundant nutrition, the fermented product also has a higher yield and quality, economic efficiency is higher.As one of the agricultural industries with high economic benefits, facility agriculture has become more and more common and serious with the popularization of its cultivation technology. In this study, coffee residue fermentation biocontrol agent was combined with straw and applied into continuous cropping obstacle soil. By constructing different formulations of biocontrol agent, one of them could promote the effective colonization of beneficial bacteria in soil, improve the number of beneficial bacteria, optimize the soil microbial community structure, and reduce the abundance of soil-borne pathogenic fungi. On the other hand, it can effectively transform the leading factors of secondary salinization, such as nitrate in the barrier soil, and improve the soil organic matter and nutrients, so as to significantly improve the growth state of vegetable crops in the barrier soil, improve the yield and quality level.
