Survival Analysis Dataset for automobile IDS

This dataset, titled \Survival Analysis Dataset for automobile IDS,\ was created to support the research in the following paper: Han, Mee Lan, Byung Il Kwak, and Huy Kang Kim. \Anomaly intrusion detection method for vehicular networks based on survival analysis.\ Vehicular Communications 14 (2018): 52-63.The paper proposes an intrusion detection method for vehicular networks based on the survival analysis model. Our main aims were to identify malicious CAN messages and accurately detect the normality and abnormality of a vehicle network without semantic knowledge of the CAN ID function.The collection contains normal and abnormal driving data extracted from three different types of vehicles. The dataset evaluates the performance of the proposed method by considering three attack scenarios and the periodic characteristics of CAN IDs.
