This repository contains the datasets and figure-reproduction scripts underlying the paper "Temperature-resolved thermodynamic screening of subcritical organic Rankine cycles under engineering constraints: experimental benchmarking and engineering interpretation" (ECM-D-26-04196). Dataset S1 contains 35,556 reconstructed Pareto-optimal ORC solutions spanning 93 thermodynamically feasible fluids (64 organic working fluids form the analysed set) across heat-source temperatures of 45–346 °C, of which 27,752 form the globally non-dominated set analysed in the paper. Dataset S2 contains 590 experimental validation points from four in-house platforms (0.5–10 kW) and six working fluids (R245fa, R1233zd(E), and R245fa/R1233zd(E) and R1233zd(E)/R1234ze(E) blends), reduced on a unified isentropic-ideal basis. Files are provided in CSV with a full data dictionary (README.pdf). Screening used REFPROP 10.0; optimization used NSGA-II (bi-objective) via pymoo. Two scripts are included: make_figures_REAL.py regenerates the data-derived figures, and make_R7_3_robustness.py performs the boundary-robustness check (multiple random seeds and MOEA/D vs NSGA-II). Key results: thermal-efficiency ceiling 12.8% (<70 °C) to 31.3% (346 °C); exergy-efficiency interior maximum 0.808 near 91 °C; experimental realization ratio median 0.49 (band 0.40–0.58). GWP values follow IPCC AR6.
