Raw data supporting systemic GCH1/TH mRNA-LNP-mediated levodopa biosynthesis in vivo

This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the study of GCH1/TH mRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles for in vivo levodopa biosynthesis. The deposited files include physicochemical characterization of the mRNA-LNPs, cellular uptake and endosomal escape data, GCH1 and TH mRNA and protein expression, in vitro levodopa secretion, in vivo biodistribution, plasma and tissue levodopa concentration–time data, pharmacokinetic analyses, and histological safety assessments. Data files are organized according to the corresponding figures and tables in the manuscript. Detailed file descriptions, experimental units, and software information are provided in the README file.
