Systematic Mapping Dataset on Acceptance Testing for Smart Contracts and Blockchain

This dataset contains data from a systematic mapping study conducted to determine (1) whether the use of acceptance testing techniques along with smart contracts and blockchain is a trend, and (2) which acceptance testing techniques are most utilized with these technologies. The study analyzed four databases: ACM, IEEE, Scopus, and Springer. The dataset includes: Search Strings & Initial Results – The search queries applied to each database and the list of studies returned. Non-Duplicated Studies – A list of 413 studies obtained after removing duplicates. Exclusion Justifications – The justification for excluding 22 studies from the 32 studies selected. Final Selected Studies – A brief description of the 10 studies included in the final analysis. This dataset is useful for researchers studying acceptance testing, smart contracts, blockchain, and software testing trends.
