FANTOM

The FANTOM web resource has been a unique resource for studying mammalian genomes, which is built on the research activities conducted in the international collaborative project FANTOM (Functional ANnoTation Of the Mammalian genome). In recent updates, we expanded annotations for long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and transcribed cis-regulatory elements (CREs).FANTOM网络资源一直是用于哺乳动物基因组研究的独特资源，其依托于国际协作项目FANTOM（哺乳动物基因组功能注释，Functional ANnoTation Of the Mammalian genome）开展的研究工作构建而成。在近期的更新中，我们扩充了长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs，lncRNAs）与转录顺式调控元件（transcribed cis-regulatory elements，CREs）的注释内容。
