Effect of AtSMC3 depletion and mutation of Topoisomerase VI complex on the transcriptome of 2-week-old Arabidopsis thaliana plants.

To investigate the potential interplays between topoisomerase VI and cohesin complexes in the field of oxidative stress signaling, we generated the ess line, which supresses the expression of the cohesin subunit AtSMC3 at 2 weeks. We performed a comparative study with the caa39 hypomorphic line which is mutated for the A-subunit of Topoisomerase VI complex.
