One of our objectives was to determine a cost-effective way to detect the main vertebrate prey taxa in otter diet with a higher data filter threshold for detecting the main prey taxa. Besides, we tent to obtain a detailed prey list for Eurasian otters in Tangjiahe Nature Reserve in western China for otter conservation.
