Shared Flow in Teams (SFT) scale validation

These data were collected in 2015 for the purpose of validating the Shared Flow in Teams (SFT) measurement scale. SFT is a latent construct described as "the emergent outcome of the interaction of parcels of flow present in each team member during high-performance teamwork" (Jácome de Moura & Porto-Bellini, 2019, p. 4). In addition to the original STF scale (before item purification), the dataset also includes data related to flow measurement, using the Flow Short Scale (FSS; Martin & Jackson, 2008) and sociodemographic data of the participants. The FSS and SFT items adopt the 10-point agreement verification scale, in which the value '1' represents "strongly disagree" and the value '10' represents "strongly agree".
