Data for "A Massive Black Hole 0.8 kpc from the Host Nucleus Revealed by the Offset Tidal Disruption Event AT2024tvd"

This repository accompanies the publication “A Massive Black Hole 0.8 kpc from the Host Nucleus Revealed by the Offset Tidal Disruption Event AT2024tvd” by Yao et al., accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal Letters (arXiv:2502.17661). The repository includes: spectra.zip: Optical spectra corresponding to Table 1 of the paper. Each file is named as MJD#1_#2.dat, where #1 is the observation date in Modified Julian Date (MJD) and #2 is the instrument name.Each file includes two columns: • wavelength: observed air wavelength in units of angstroms (Å). • flux_observed: observed flux. For SEDM spectra, the flux is in physical units of erg s⁻¹ Å⁻¹ cm⁻². For spectra from other instruments, the flux is provided in arbitrary linear units. ZTF22aaigqsr_scarlet2_analysis_example.ipynb: notebook demonstrating the Scarlet2 analysis described in Appendix A.
