GISAID

The GISAID Initiative promotes the international sharing of all influenza virus sequences, related clinical and epidemiological data associated with human viruses, and geographical as well as species-specific data associated with avian and other animal viruses, to help researchers understand how the viruses evolve, spread and potentially become pandemics. On June 2 2020, 36,286 hCoV-19 genomic sequences have been shared via GISAID.全球流感数据共享倡议（Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data，简称GISAID）推动所有流感病毒序列、与人类流感病毒相关的临床与流行病学数据，以及与禽流感及其他动物流感病毒相关的地理分布数据与物种特异性数据的国际共享，以助力科研人员解析病毒的演化、传播规律及其引发大流行的潜在风险。2020年6月2日，已有36286条2019人冠状病毒（hCoV-19）基因组序列通过GISAID平台完成共享。
