The effect of ITPRIPL2 knockdown on the transcriptome in nHDF and HeLa cells

To investigate the general effect of ITPRIPL2 knockdown on the transcription profile, we generated transient ITPRIPL2 knockdowns in nHDF and HeLa cells. Gene expression analysis was performed on RNA-seq data from four biological replicates of cells harvested 72 hours post transfection with esiRNAs. Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for nHDF and HeLa cells with and without ITPRIPL2 knockdown.
