Using total RNAseq, we examined gene expression differences in MSC exposed to 0.66 cGy/h for 1 and 2 weeks, for a total of 1 and 2 Gy radiation. Overall design: Comparison of gene expression in non-irradiated cells with that of cells irradiated at 0.66 cGy/h to reach 1 Gy or 2 Gy gamma-radiation.
