Rat Kidney Single-nucleus RNA-seq Reference for Cell Type Annotation (HSRA Rat)

This dataset provides a curated reference for annotating rat kidney single-cell and single nucleus RNA sequencing data. The reference is derived from 4-week kidney tissue in the HSRA model and include annotated cell types for use with common annotation tools (SingleR, Seurat, Azimuth, etc). Included files: Seurat reference object for label transfer workflows (dietseurat.rds) Aggregated SingleCellExperiment object optimized for SingleR annotation (sce_aggr.rds) Azimuth style files for local Azimuth Mapping (ref.rds and idx.annoy) This resource is intended to facilitate cell type annotation, cross-dataset comparsion, and validation in rat kidney single-cell studies.
