Manganox enrichment sequencing

Sequencing of in vitro enrichments growing via lithotrophic manganese oxidation (manganox). The enrichment was refined to a co-culture containing Species A ('Candidatus Manganitrophus noduliformans') and Species B (Ramlibacter lithotrophicus). The refinement process was tracked using 16S rRNA gene iTAG sequencing. The co-culture was investigated further using genomics and transcriptomics.
