Cardio-Orchestrator

Cardio-Orchestrator is a lightweight, cross-platform orchestration layer and dataset for the reproducible execution of containerized artificial intelligence models in coronary CT angiography. It provides a standardized REST API and supports asynchronous execution of nnU-Net-based coronary artery and aorta segmentation and InceptionResNetV2-based stenosis detection workflows. The software interoperates with the VisNow client and was developed within the National Science Centre project 2021/43/D/NZ5/02012. This release contains the source code associated with the article “Lightweight Container Orchestration for Reproducible AI and Deep Learning Segmentation of Coronary Arteries and the Aorta in Coronary CT Angiography”.
