通过RNA i、micro-CT等研究方法，研究了松材线虫Bx-tlp-1基因在松材线虫致病过程中的作用机制。研究发现，该基因沉默后，松材线虫繁殖率降低，寄主松树空洞化水平降低，症状发生延迟。本研究为松材线虫致病机制研究提供了良好研究基础。
